Focus Activities

Home/Preschool fun! We can share activities for in the setting at home for you to enjoy with your children.

To help with the childrens wellbeing we take part in weekly Yoga and Mindfulness sessions. They really enjoy this and can help focus and relax. We practise breathing techniques and fun yoga poses. we include a focus activity in the session which could be - balancing objects on heads, obstacle courses and partner work.
