Our day in Butterfly Room

Children arrive for registration - say and sign Good morning to each child. Talk about what day it is and the weather, see if they can remember what they had for breakfast. 

Hang up coats/bags

Wash hands

Teeth cleaning routine

Free play 

Snack

Free play/Focused activity/Yoga and mindfulness/ sensory circuit

End of session- story, songtime, rhymes

Lunch/ Hometime

Afternoon children

Similar routine registration saying Good afternoon to each other, talking about the weather and what they had for lunch

Teeth cleaning routine for afternoon arrivals

Play includes being indoors and out whatever the weather enjoying the outside even if we experience all four seasons in one day.

Same structure for the younger children (although not teeth cleaning at this time)
